Types of massage we offer

  • Deep tissue — firm, targeted pressure that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, for chronic tension and overworked areas
  • Trigger point — focused work on specific knots that refer pain elsewhere, also called neuromuscular therapy
  • Myofascial release — slow, sustained pressure to loosen restrictions in the fascia that wraps the muscles
  • Lymphatic — light, rhythmic strokes that encourage lymph flow and help reduce swelling
  • PNF — stretching that uses cycles of contraction and relaxation to improve range of motion
  • Nerve mobilization — gentle techniques that help nerves glide and move freely, also called neurodynamics
  • Prenatal — massage adapted for pregnancy, with positioning and pressure suited to each trimester
  • Geriatric massage — Gentle bodywork adapted for older adults, with lighter pressure and a slower pace suited to the aging body. It eases stiffness and supports circulation and joint movement, part of a longevity-focused approach to staying active and comfortable as you age.
  • Swedish — lighter, flowing strokes for general relaxation and circulation
  • Shiatsu / Thai — pressure-point and assisted-stretch work rooted in East Asian traditions
  • Foot reflexology — pressure applied to points on the feet that correspond to other areas of the body
  • Structural bodywork — hands-on work focused on posture and alignment over a series of sessions
  • Sports — massage geared to athletes and active people, for recovery and injury prevention
