Briana Fernandez is a rehabilitation specialist at Radius. She holds a degree in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Biology from the University of Hawaii, where she played collegiate soccer. That athletic background shapes how she works with patients.
She has worked in both hospital and clinical rehabilitation settings, which lets her meet patients wherever they are starting from. She is a certified personal trainer and is currently working toward becoming a physical therapist assistant, developing her clinical skills as she goes.
Her own experience in competitive sport gives her a natural connection with athletes, but what drives her is watching any patient, athlete or not, get stronger and move better than they expected. Outside of work, Briana spends her time with family, at the beach with her husband, and looking after their dog and cat.
